Job Requirements
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join our thriving, physician-led Urology team due to continued growth and an upcoming retirement. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected practice serving the rapidly growing Spartanburg market.
The incoming physician will work alongside 9 experienced Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers, providing comprehensive adult urologic care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Physicians with training in General Urology or subspecialty fellowship training are encouraged to apply.
Opportunity Highlights
• Sign-on bonus and recruitment incentives up to $125,000
• $70 per RVU with current doctors ranging from 9000-11000 RVUs per year. No upper limit to RVUs
• Employed position with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System
• Established, high-volume practice with a strong referral network
• Full-spectrum adult urologic care
• General and fellowship trained urologist to see general urology needs along with major oncology cases, implant cases and robotics
• Clinic schedule:
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Shared call of 1:10 once fully staffed
• APPs provide first-call coverage outside clinic hours
• Procedures performed at modern hospital facilities and ambulatory surgery centers
• Potential ownership opportunity in a surgery center
• Access to state-of-the-art robotic platforms across hospital campuses
• Robotic experience welcomed but not required
