Highlights
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to practice in Indianapolis, IN. In partnership with the Employer Health team, this physician will serve the employees and families of Hamilton Southeastern in Fishers, IN and Lawrence Township Schools in Indianapolis, IN. Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Outpatient primary care
• No OB
• No call responsibilities after clinic hours
• No weekend coverage required
• Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)

Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or IM/Pediatrics
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
