Highlights
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in Westfield, IN.
• Outpatient only
• Work in collaboration with other medical providers to provide excellent care for our community.
• No OB
• Shared call schedule
• Electronic Medical Record (Epic)

Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
