HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with additional training or an interest in Integrative Medicine, to join our evidence-based integrative medicine program. This role will entail leading a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with primary and specialty care physicians. Ideal candidates will be innovative, collaborative, and have a desire to lead a program and educate peers.
• Outpatient only
• Team-based practice model
• Electronic Medical Record system (Epic)
• Excellent compensation and benefits package

Licensure & Certifications
• Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Additional certification in Integrative Medicine is ideal
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
