Job Description
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician to practice in our outpatient clinic in the Broad Ripple area of northern Indianapolis, IN.
• Full Time – Outpatient Only, No OB

o Flexible Schedule – No weekends or holidays
o Share call schedule with 24/7 RN triage
• Full lab services onsite
• Team Based Model of Care
• Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Licensure & Certifications
• Open to new and practicing physicians.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
