Job Overview
Fairview Range Health Services is seeking a .5 FTE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our Emergency Department team at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing, Minnesota.
Fairview Range is an affiliate of M Health Fairview, a partnership among Fairview Health Services, the University of Minnesota, and M Physicians. Together, we provide patients with access to advanced specialty expertise, innovative research, and coordinated care close to home. As northeastern Minnesota's most comprehensive healthcare network, Fairview Range includes Fairview Range Medical Center, Fairview Mesaba Clinics (Hibbing, Nashwauk, and Mountain Iron), Home Care and Hospice, and Transportation Services.
Practice Highlights
• Join a collaborative Emergency Medicine team serving patients across northeastern Minnesota.
• .5 FTE position offering flexibility and work-life balance, ideal for physicians seeking a reduced schedule while maintaining an active emergency medicine practice.
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities to work closely with an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Approximately 40-45 patients per day.
• 24 hours of physician coverage and 12 hours of APP coverage daily, seven days per week.
• Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record.
• Opportunity to participate in departmental leadership, including consideration for a Medical Director role.

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME or AOA Emergency Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• DEA certification or ability to obtain DEA certification in Minnesota.
• Meets criteria for credentialing and privileging.
