This physician will join the Academic practice of the Community Health Network Podiatry Residency Program in Indianapolis, Indiana as an employed physician. Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified or board eligible Podiatrist to join Community Health Network’s Podiatry Residency Program. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, highly accountable and have a strong interest in teaching. Practice Highlights
• Focus on educating and advising Podiatry residents
• Council on Podiatric Medical Education accredited program, 3-3-3 surgical residency with RRA
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC/CareConnect)
Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatry
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in IndianaAbout Us
