Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Physical Therapy theory and skills.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
• All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Use of electronic medical records.
• Physical therapy experience in clinical setting.
