Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job description

Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Prefer candidates with orthopedic clinical specialty.
Standard Qualifications
• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
