How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Evaluate patient mobility upon admission to design personalized care plans that encourage early movement and steady recovery.
• Deliver targeted therapeutic care to help patients rebuild strength, regain independence and prepare for safe discharge.
• Partner with physicians, nurses and care teams to align on goals and ensure smooth care transitions.
• Guide therapy assistants, students and support staff to uphold high safety standards and deliver quality care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
