Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting blood from outpatients and inpatients following established procedures and protocols. Responsible for the appropriate record completion.

Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent. Completion of phlebotomy course preferred. BLS required.
Certification as Phlebotomist is preferred.
