Job description
Work Schedule:
Per diem, varying shifts, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications
• No minimum education required.
Work Experience
• No minimum experience required.
• Hospital experience in unit dose distribution, compounding non-sterile medications, and automated dispensing machine technology. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
• Current licensure from the State of Illinois. Candidates without a license may work in this role for 60 days from date of license application through Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. Those enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy are exempt from certification requirements, but will need to obtain a “Pharmacy Technician- Student Designation” license from IDFPR. Required
• Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification within two (2) years of date license was first issued. Required
