This role oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensures accurate and timely medication distribution, and leads system improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, managing automated dispensing cabinets (ADC), and maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.High School Diploma or GED (Required); Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification (Required)3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (Preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and implement process improvementsProficiency in managing pharmacy technologies and workflowsEffective team-building and problem-solving abilities
