Pharmacist Per Diem Weekends

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0
Performs duties in the Hospital Pharmacy related to dispensing and compounding of medication
according to departmental policies and procedures for patients spanning all age groups and cultures.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
• Excellent verbal/written skills.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide pharmaceutical care for the age served patients.
• Demonstrates ability to interpret and assess clinical date necessary to provide care for the age of patients served.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be familiar with pharmaceutical laws and guidelines.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
• Hospital experience required.
• Knowledge of USP 797, 800 regulations and processes.
• Positive interpersonal communication skills.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science/PharmD in Pharmacy from accredited school of pharmacy.

License/Certification:
• Current license by Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.

Salary Range: $54.31-$85.40
