Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new 72 bed behavioral health facility that recently opened. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence-based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment.
How you'll contribute
A Pharmacist who excels in this role:
• Accurately fills medication orders and verifies the work of staff prior to medication release.
• Prioritizes workflow to ensure timely preparation of STAT, NOW, and other urgent orders.
• Reviews patient profiles to ensure safe and appropriate drug therapy, preventing interactions, duplications, and avoidable adverse reactions.
• Evaluates medication orders based on patient-specific factors including age, weight, renal function, disease state, labs, and other clinical data.
• Provides drug information and supports staff education, patient consultation, and collaboration with Medical Staff and hospital teams.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school . Additional requirements include:
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state in which the facility operates.
• Two years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• De-escalation certification is required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.

Hourly Rate: $60.00 per hour.
