Pediatric Pulmonologist - Academic Opportunity

Opportunity Overview:
A highly ranked and nationally recognized pediatric institution is adding to its team
Practice Highlights:
• 255-bed, Level I Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
• 6 Pediatric Pulmonologists (PdPs), 4 experienced, highly trained Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Outpatient Clinics: 3 weeks per month
• Inpatient Consults: 1 weeks per month
• No admitting service responsibilities!
• Call: 6 paid weekends per year
• Minimal call burden - rare in-hospital duties
• Faculty appointment through the state University
• Teaching fellows, residents, and medical students

Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Salary: Up to $300,000 (commensurate with role, rank, experience)
• Signing Bonus: $25,000 - $50,000
• Call Pay Stipend: $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
• Medical Directorship Stipend: $15,000 - $20,000
• Time Off:
• 24 PTO days/year
• 12 sick days/year
• 5 CME days/year + paid holidays
• Retirement:
• 9% employer contribution
