About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Tray Line Aide to join our team at UAB Medical West, UAB. As a Patient Trayline Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs. You will work closely with the dietary team to prepare and deliver meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to follow strict dietary guidelines will be critical to the success of this role. Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow strict dietary guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting
• Certification in food handling and safety

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals to patients according to their dietary needs and restrictions
• Ensure that all meals are prepared and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the dietary team to ensure that all patient needs are met

Skills:
As a Patient Tray Line Aide, you will use your attention to detail and communication skills to ensure that patients receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs. You will work closely with the dietary team to prepare and deliver meals in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to follow strict dietary guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area will be critical to the success of this role. Additionally, your previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting and certification in food handling and safety will be beneficial in this position.
