Patient Services Representative
Schedule: Full-Time | Days Department: Podiatry Location: Desert Valley Medical Group | Victorville, CA Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Join Desert Valley Medical Group as a Patient Services Representative and help create a welcoming, professional experience for patients visiting our Podiatry team.In this role, you will support daily front-office operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, providing information, and coordinating communication with other departments.
What You'll Do
• Greet patients and visitors and provide assistance as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information and respond to general inquiries.
• Communicate with clinical staff and other departments to support patient needs.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, providing information and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service
• Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred
• Current BLS certificate

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
