Patient Representative - Per Diem

Job Summary:
This position is part of a Patient Representative team and is accountable for performing as a Customer Service liaison with the patient/family, staff, and physicians. Shared responsibilities and duties include responding to patient complaints, investigation of complaints, and working with departments to resolve patient complaints. In addition, this role is accountable for identifying customer service related and patient safety/risk management issues and communicating these to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
Education
• High School Diploma (required)
• Associates Degree Related area (preferred)
• Bachelors Degree Related area (preferred)

Work Experience
• Minimum three (3) years Healthcare experience (required)

Skills and Abilities
• Bilingual Skills Spanish Preferred.
