Patient Authorization and Referral Representative - Infusion

Job description

This position will be working onsite at our Infusion clinic in Anaheim, CA.
Schedule : Monday to Friday Day shift
This position is responsible for front-end reimbursement duties, providing phone and clerical support to the clinical component of home infusion. Other responsibilities include entering patient referral data into the database, entering physician information into the database, entering outcomes information into the database, and tracking calls and patient satisfaction surveys.

Required Qualifications:
• 1 year Billing or insurance company experience.
• 1 year Experience with authorizations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree
