Job description
This position is 100% remote in the state of Washington. Residence in Washington is required for this position.
The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC). This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand, optimize schedules, monitor real-time performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a proficient working understanding of the interdependencies between forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, adherence, and service-level performance in a high-volume contact center environment. This position requires the ability to assess real-time conditions, respond quickly to operational disruptions, and analyze trends to reduce risk and improve performance.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment. OR current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions.

Staff scheduling experience.
Compensation Range
$29.89 - $44.83 per hour
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
