Practice Otolaryngology with the independence of private practice, backed by the resources of a 100+ provider health system, in one of Washington's fastest-growing communities.

Opportunity Overview:
• Brand-new surgical suite.

• Bread-and-butter ENT scope with onsite mentorship available.

Compensation Overview:
• $100,000 sign-on bonus.
• $200,000+ student loan repayment.
• $580,000-$654,000 base salary plus quality and wRVU incentives.
