Job description

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Day shift 6:30am-3:00pm, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime

Qualifications
• Successful completion of an accredited surgical technologist education program. Required
• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred

Work Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a surgical technologist. Required
• Prior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred or required to obtain within one year of assuming position. Required
