The Verstandig Pavilion is a state-of-the-art Medical and Surgical building, spanning 477,000 square feet, it is designed to uphold the highest standards of patient care and comfort.
• Modernized Operating Rooms: With 31 new operating rooms, we offer modern and highly specialized surgical visualization tools, as well as the latest minimally invasive robotic equipment, providing an innovative setting for surgical excellence.
• Streamlined Patient Care: The PACU and Pre-Op/Discharge areas are conveniently located on the same level as the ORs facilitating seamless patient throughput between these critical care settings.
• Strategic Location: The Pavilion includes a rooftop helipad, offering direct access to our ICUs, ORs and ED for efficient patient transfers.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required. Master’s degree in Nursing or a health related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical nursing experience in the operating room; prior nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment. CPR certification required by completion of introductory period. CNOR certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage complexity and lead multidisciplinary collaboration.

USD $112,840.00 - USD $196,996.80 /Yr.
