Office Supervisor Position Summary
The primary duty of the Office Supervisor is to manage, coordinate, direct, and supervise overall operations at the practice. The Office Supervisor will orient and train support staff and providers to assure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures of the physician group. The Office Supervisor will oversee patient services and implement standard work policies for employees.
Office Supervisor Position Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a physician’s office required.
• Experience supervising a physician’s practice preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology preferred.

Office Supervisor Work Schedule
• Monday through Friday, Day Shift
