Crouse’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team provides personalized, high-quality, cost-effective evaluation and treatment for people with physical and/or speech-related impairments. The Outpatient Physical Rehab department is hiring an Office Coordinator .
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.62 /hour
Office Coordinator responsibilities include:
• Schedule and register patients.
• Answering phones and returning calls to patients, providers and other hospital departments.
• Orders supplies and equipment.
• Manage confidential patient record keeping system and program statistical information.
• Attends meetings as needed.
• Plans for future program needs.
• Other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Office Coordinator Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in insurance verification and/or registration.
• One (1) year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
