Occupational Therapist | Hand Therapy / Certified Hand Therapist
Logan Health Rehabilitation | Kalispell, Montana
Full-Time | Day Shift | Two Positions Available
$39.75–$59.50/hour | Starting pay based on relevant experience

Logan Health Rehabilitation is growing our specialized hand and upper-extremity therapy program, and we're looking for Occupational Therapists who want to build their careers in this highly specialized area of rehabilitation.
We are hiring two Occupational Therapists with hand therapy or upper-extremity rehabilitation experience, including Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs).
Whether you're already a CHT or an experienced OT working toward advanced specialization, this is an opportunity to focus your practice, collaborate closely with orthopedic providers, and help patients regain the function they need for everyday life.
Why Hand Therapy at Logan Health?
This is not a general OT position with an occasional hand patient. Our specialized hand therapy services are based at Logan Health Rehabilitation – 350 Heritage Way, where therapists work closely with orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the care team.
In this role, you will:
• Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper-extremity conditions
• Provide rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, trauma, and postoperative conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions, splinting, and orthotic management
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Help patients return to work, recreation, daily activities, and greater independence

What We're Looking For
Required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Montana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Montana licensure
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
• Hand therapy or upper-extremity rehabilitation experience
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Experience with splinting or orthotic fabrication and modification
• Specialized education or training in hand therapy

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
