Job description

Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation coordination, observation and evaluation of nursing care function and performance relating to nursing team, concerned with patient care, treatment, safety and comfort during assigned shift. Assess, plan, educate and evaluate(s) all maternity patients who have chosen to breast feed.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. Current and valid license to practice in New York State. Previous OB/GYN experience desirable. Must possess NALS and ACLS certifications within one year of employment. Scrub duties required.
ACLS certification is required upon hire or must be obtained within 12 months of hire. New graduates must obtain ACLS certification within 18 months of hire.
Salary:
• Hourly rate: $39.86-$51.37 commensurate with experience
• Shift differentials: $7.00 per hour for evening shifts, $8.00 per hour for night shifts, and an additional $2.20 per hour for weekend shifts.
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shifts:
• Day - 7am-7:30pm
• Night - 7p-7a
• With rotating weekends and holidays
