Join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team at UF Health and play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients who need additional monitoring and support.
As a Nursing Assistant, you'll work alongside registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to help ensure patients receive the comfort, attention, and quality care they deserve.

🩺 Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses (RNs), the Nursing Assistant supports patient care by:
• Assisting with basic physical care and nursing procedures
• Providing comfort measures to patients
• Supporting patients with their daily care needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Working collaboratively with nursing staff to promote quality patient care

Qualifications
🎓 Education & Training
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high-school specialized training preferred

📋 Licensure & Certification
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
• BLS certification required

⭐ Additional Requirements
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
