We’re hiring a compassionate RN / LPN to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Imperial, NE community - this is the newest program in the state of Nebraska set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November / December 2025!
Role : Program Director – (This position will have 2 direct reports.)
Location : Imperial, Nebraska
Setting : Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)
Population : Older Adults, Ages 65+
Salary : Up to $102K yearly, depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)
You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!
Responsibilities:
• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

About us:
Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
