Job description

Work Schedule:
1.0 FTE. Monday through Friday, with 10 call days a month. You will work in Beaver Dam, WI.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
• Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care through a team-based, patient-centered approach
• Support general orthopedics and specialized serviced in hand and upper extremity care, joint revision, and foot and ankle surgery
• Assist with casting and x-ray
• Assist in the OR, along with IP rounding and clinic follow ups.

Education:
Minimum –
• If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program
• If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program

Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner:
• Active RN and APRN license in State of Wisconsin AND
• Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Primary Care or other certifications with relevant previous inpatient experience.

If Physician Assistant:
• Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND
• Active PA board certification

All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
