Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s leading non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Post-Acute Care Team located in Morris County, New Jersey. As part of our growing Post-Acute Care Division, the Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive care to patients within skilled nursing facilities across the Morris County area. Candidates should be available to dedicate a minimum of 2 days per week to providing post-acute care services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with physicians and fellow advanced practice clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care to adults. A minimum of two years' experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients as a nurse practitioner is preferred, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR and Point Click Care systems.

Qualifications
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• At least 2 years of NP experience in skilled nursing homes and/or geriatrics is preferred
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
