Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our practice that employs excellent diplomatic communication skills. A qualified candidate would have the ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills to best serve our patients.
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome substance-use disorders and reclaim their lives? Join our compassionate behavioral health team as a Medication -Assisted Treatment (MAT) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
This role provides care for patients with substance-use disorders through medication-assisted treatment, multidisciplinary care, and harm reduction strategies that meet patients where they are in their recovery journey. You will collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, wellness, and hope.
Job Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional)
• Current or pending state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PMHNP preferred.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days
• Call Schedule: N/A
• Outpatient and Residential 3.5
• Our patient population includes adolescents, adults and older adults.

Certifications as required by specialty which may be but are not limited to:
• BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS/ACLS-EP
• PALS
• ATLS
• CSR

Certain departments or specialties may require additional experience as a nurse or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
