Nurse Practitioner (0.8 FTE) - Urology

Job description

Adena Health is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CNP who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, who enjoys learning & developing/enhancing skills, and is comfortable with occasional high acuity and/or surgical patients with urgent needs. Travel between 4 locations is required.
Position Overview
As a Urology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) , you will focus on direct patient care , providing clinical services, both outpatient (seeing an average of 16 patients/day) and inpatient, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include Catheter placement, I & D, and Voiding Trails . The onboarding is thorough, includes mentorship, and training is expected to take 4–6-months.
This role is a full-time employed within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
Schedule & Practice Details
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Provider Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Call Schedule: Daytime, shared with 4 APPs, with MD back-up
• Setting: Outpatient clinic and Inpatient
• Locations: Chillicothe, Greenfield, Washington Court House, and Waverly
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications
• Ability to work independently as well as be part of a cohesive team
• Motivated to learn and grow
• Passionate about Urology
• Strong communication skills
• New graduates are welcome; prior experience in Urology preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (up to $30,000 based on experience)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 in reimbursable expenses
• CME Allowance: $2,000 annually
