As a Cardiac Nurse Navigator , you'll play a critical role in helping patients confidently navigate their heart health journey from referral and diagnostic testing through treatment planning and follow-up care.
This is more than a nursing role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advocate, educator, and coordinator for patients facing cardiac concerns. You'll work closely with cardiologists, radiologists, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive timely care, seamless coordination, and an outstanding experience.

Required:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

Preferred:
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Cardiac experience
