Job description
4N is a fast-paced, 36-bed medical-surgical unit caring for a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical and post-surgical needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to expand their clinical skills.
Schedule
• Rotating shifts
• Every other weekend off
Key Responsibilities
• Obtain and monitor vital signs, reporting abnormalities promptly to the nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Turning and repositioning
• Bathing and personal hygiene
• Toileting and mobility assistance
• Provide support to nursing staff as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered care environment
