Mineral Community Hospital is a trusted rural healthcare provider that is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Nurse Aides (CNA in Training) . This is a unique opportunity to begin a meaningful career in healthcare—right here at home. This position's wage starts at $15/hour. Once fully certified as a CNA, wage will increase to $18.50/hour. MCH PROVIDES ALL TRAINING!
Full-Time, NOC (6pm-6:30am)
$1,000 sign on bonus distributed during your first 6 months of employment!
What You'll Do:
• Provide hands-on assistance with basic patient care, including bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Support nursing staff in monitoring and recording patient health data
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Develop real-world experience while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
