What You’ll Do
• Provide total comprehensive careto patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care.
• Provide care for a diverse patient population, including trauma related injuries, bariatric surgery, total joint surgery, general surgery, neuro/spine surgery, and oncology patients
• Participate in bedside shift reports and purposeful hourly rounding
• Conduct multiple disciplinary rounds for discharge progresses
• Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes

Scheduling & Work Life Balance
• Self-Scheduling
• 6-8 Week Schedules released 3 weeks in advance
• 4-12 Week orientation with a Preceptor

Professional Growth
