• POSITION SUMMARY
• Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient/family centered care in the EAASC. Under the supervision of the Administrator, the multicare technician demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that are necessary to assure the provision of high quality patient care in the perioperative setting. Facilitates patient flow throughout the continuum of care. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for care delivery. Incorportates quality data and information into daily processes to continuously enhance outcomes. Works with administration to carry out the mission statement and vision of the facility in all aspects of service. Provides a continuous focus on customer service throughout the organization. Works to maintain effective team communication committed to organizational goals. Uses productive feedback to advocate for each patient. Maintains positive employee relations and maximum productivity by fostering open communication and assisting peers during downtime. Engages in activities that promote ongoing personal and professional growth.
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Education
• High School Diploma or 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum Experience
• 1 year of tech experience in an inpatient setting
• Required Registration/License/Certification
• BLS
• Preferred Education

THIS POSITION IS A FLAT RATE ROLE. THE PAY RATE IS $16.25/HR.
