Salary Range: $17-$26 per Hour
The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Maintain patient records via data entry of non-drug orders
• Verify accuracy of medication orders
• Medical terminology required for maintenance of diagnosis
• Print quality assurance required monthly forms for assigned facilities
• Print and provide reports to assigned facilities on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
• Provide stock forms to facilities when requested
• Scan monthly recaps into Docutrack
• Answer phones

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional Experience:
• 1 year experience in medical records
• Familiar with Medical Terminology, QA, brand name/generic medications and strong knowledge of SIG Codes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organized
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to work in a face paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Strong customer service skills
