Are you passionate about helping others and interested in a career in healthcare? Saint Luke's is offering a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to provide the education, hands-on training, and support needed to become a successful Medical Assistant.
📍 Featured Full-Time Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the cohort, participants will transition into a full-time Medical Assistant position with Primary Care - Perryman Plaza . This opportunity allows you to apply the skills learned during the program while becoming an integral part of a primary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
🎓 What You'll Learn
Participants will receive comprehensive training in:

📚 Program Structure
Weeks 1-5: Classroom instruction and skills development
Weeks 5-8: Hands-on clinical training with an instructor
Weeks 9-10: Orientation and training within your assigned home clinic alongside a Success Coach
⏰ Attendance Requirement
This is an intensive full-time training program . Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10-week cohort . Participants must successfully complete all classroom, clinical, and clinic-based training requirements.
💼 Your Career After the Cohort
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition directly into a full-time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group at their assigned home clinic.
