Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Maintains; repairs and occasionally installs HVAC systems and environmental equipment including; but not limited to; chill water and heating hot water distribution; chilled water machines; cooling towers; water treatment systems; pneumatic and electronic controlled HVAC systems; refrigeration systems; steam generating and distribution plants; ice machines; etc.; at all HMC properties or as requested by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
• High School or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience
• 5 Years

Required Licenses/Certifications
• Valid driver’s license; clear driving record.

Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills outside of normal assigned duties as required by Management.
