Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center is a partnership between Community Health Network and MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s largest and most respected cancer centers. The partnership formed in 2022 elevated a prior affiliation between Community and MD Anderson Cancer Network®, a program of MD Anderson. This new partnership represents a full clinical and operational integration of Community’s cancer services with MD Anderson across all five of Community’s sites of cancer care.

Make a Difference
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and communicating results for Oncology marketing. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Oncology leadership & our partners at MD Anderson to develop and implement marketing plans throughout the Midwest. This role will closely collaborate with members of the marketing and communications team. Marketing plans are research-based and include traditional and digital campaigns that deliver results.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five (5) - seven (7) years of marketing experience required.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on oncology, is preferred.
• Demonstrated results in developing integrated marketing plans, including digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with the Indianapolis healthcare market is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• The ability to take multiple data points, including consumer research and CRM data, to develop messages that engage target audiences across channels.
• Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrate strong technology skills, including AI, and stay abreast of and adopt new tools quickly.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
• Ability to prioritize to ensure the successful implementation of multi-faceted plans for multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively address conflict in a constructive manner with teammates, subordinates, and supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills to act in an innovative and self-directed manner: demonstrate creativity in addressing both problems and opportunities.
