Marketing & Development Manager (Internal Applicants Only) - Full Time

Responsibilities
The Marketing & Development Manager (Manager) is responsible for implementing the marketing plan. The Manager will also participate in community events and programs while building professional relationships with community leaders and organizations. The Manager will support the strategic fundraising priorities of OakBend Medical Center (OBMC) by facilitating the success of the hospital’s fund raising events, employee giving campaign and providing support in other areas of the hospital’s fund raising program as needed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years in marketing, preferably in healthcare, accustomed to working in a high paced environment. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
None.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work flexible hours, ability to provide own transportation, first-rate computer skills, detail oriented.
