Job description

The Manager of Recruitment is responsible for leading a team of recruiting professionals and supporting the talent acquisition process. This includes leadership recruitment areas, pipeline development and maintaining consistent recruitment metrics reports. This position is responsible for supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition in the direction, coordination and evaluation of TA and carries out the management responsibilities in accordance with the organization applicable laws and policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, delegating and directing work, appraising performance under the guidance of the Director; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and providing resolution and partnering and consulting with operational leaders and Human Resources Business Partners. Monitors quality of work and engages in continuous process improvement and performance excellence.
