Overview
Responsibilities
Manages the overall operations of one or more locations in order to provide outpatient rehabilitative services which meet Infirmary Health's (IH) standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience performing therapy duties in a leadership role
One of the following:
• Graduate of Physical Therapy program
• Graduate of Occupational Therapy program
• Graduate of Speech Therapy program

Licensure, Registration, Certification:
One of the following:
• Physical Therapy license through Alabama Board of Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy license through Alabama Board of Occupational Therapy
• Speech Pathologist license through Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA)

Desired Qualifications:
MS in clinical field
Experienced in the effective use of computer-based productivity tools
Desired Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Clinical Specialty
Management Certification
