Job Overview
Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Manager of Imaging Services to join our Breast Imaging team! This is a full-time position that supports the Fairview Breast Center Edina & Burnsville, as well as Mammography Services at the Fairview Center for Women, Oxboro, and Eagan Clinics. This position will work Monday through Friday from 7AM - 3:30PM.
The Manager of Imaging Services is accountable for delivering high quality, efficient and effective services for our Imaging customers. This leadership role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products and services are customer-focused and consistently provide value to the organization and communities we serve.
Responsibilities
• Designs and implements performance standards and objectives
• Partners with medical, technical, and operational stakeholders to establish high quality outcomes
• Creates an environment that prioritizes exceeding the needs of our customers
• Ensures effective implementation of organizational, operational, and individual change
• Ensures the achievement of service, safety, productivity, quality, and compliance objectives

Required Qualifications
• B.S./B.A. or combination of Associates Degree and two years of relevant experience
• 3 years of formal or informal leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Masters in Business Admin
• 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience
• Imaging modality specific certifications (MRI, CT etc.)

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
