UC Health is hiring a Manager, Business Engagement for the Digital Health Services team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic partnership between Digital Health Services and operational, clinical, and administrative business areas while overseeing Business Relationship Management, Organizational Change Management, and the Change Agent Network. You’ll help align enterprise initiatives with business priorities and organizational readiness while driving the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

• Develops and executes enterprise business engagement strategies that align initiatives with organizational priorities and operational objectives.
• Builds trusted partnerships with executive, operational, clinical, and administrative leaders to represent business needs throughout the project lifecycle and assess organizational impacts, readiness, and adoption risks.
• Leads Business Relationship Management and Organizational Change Management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication planning, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.
• Provides leadership, coaching, training, and support to Business Relationship Managers and Change Agents while developing and sustaining the enterprise Change Agent Program.
• Collaborates with Project Management, Clinical Informatics, Process Improvement, and technical teams to align business needs, process design, and technology solutions.
• Identifies opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency while standardizing and continuously improving business engagement and change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Establishes and monitors performance measures related to stakeholder engagement, business satisfaction, adoption, operational outcomes, benefits realization, compliance, and implementation risk.

Minimum Required:
• Bachelor’s degree. (Four years of equivalent experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.)
• One to two years of equivalent experience.

Preferred Requirements:
• Master’s degree.
• Three to five years of equivalent experience.
