Maintenance Mechanic II

Job description

• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as, plumbing, electrical, painting, patching, carpentry, etc
• Broad knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, machinery such as pressure washers, compressors, etc
• Able to function in inclement weather, hazardous conditions, and know how to work safely under these conditions
• Performs one or more skilled tasks in different areas, such as carpentry, electrical, flooring, masonry, plumbing, etc
• Must be acquainted with all with all emergency operating procedures and demonstrate the ability to operate all hospital systems in emergency conditions

Qualifications:
• Previous experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
