Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic I performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and equipment repairs. This position helps maintain a safe, functional environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
What You'll Do
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all safety procedures

Training Provided
We will train you to safely operate and maintain:
• Drill Press
• Grinder
• Electric Saws
• Router
• 501 Tester
• Safety Analyzer 170
• Boiler Start-Up & Shut-Down
• Chiller Start-Up & Shut-Down

Requirements
Education:
• Minimum high school education level is required.
• Trade/vocational school, completion of apprenticeship, or on-the-job training in maintenance field is a plus.

Experience:
• Specialty journeymen such as Electrician, Pipefitting, Boilermaker, etc. is a plus.
